I'm running the rig in my sig. The DFI motherboard came with this crappy looking SmartGuardian utility that reads CPU/Motherboard/System temps. I also got Everest Home Edition (not beta) that reads those temps.
The weird thing is, both read the exact same for motherboard temps, but EXACTLY the opposite for System/CPU temps.
I should add that I ran 2 different iterations of Prime95, one blend and one max heat. Each for approximately 30 minutes (everything is stock) just to see the temperature changes. Again, motherboard temps are read the exact same in both programs, but the CPU/System temps are showing the exact opposite all the time.
I should add that the Aux in Everest/CPU in SmartGuardian goes from around 47-49 idle to 60-61 load. The CPU in Everest/Aux in SmartGuardian goes from 37 idle to 41 load. I've attached an image to show what I mean:
