Temp Question

These are the temps i got on my new setup this is without running any os or anything just up to the bios they are

53c cpu-x6800 conroe
37c board -EVGA 122-CK-NF68-T1
76c mcp

Please tell me is the mcp running hot a little to hot?

btw stock hs and 5 high rpm fans in case and stock speeds no overclock

Try removing the thermal tape from Intel and applying a metallic type thermal paste. I work in a computer store and a customer had the same problem I used 2 dollar metallic paster and it dropped to 36.

I am using the Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound is that metallic like your talking about?

5 fans? If you are not an engineer specialized in aerodynamics, they are almost certainly interfering with each other. Try reducing them to two - one sucking air into the case, and one blowing it out. Keep the PSU fan in mind too.
