Temp probe question

I have a fan controller that has 5 ubused spots for a temp probe, If i use a big enough conductor can I run one 10 feet or so out a window for outdoor and have another in the center of the room for indoor?

Hi, The size of the conductor should not matter. The smallest pair you can find should be OK. The pair used for garage door opener controls should be about the right size. I have no idea if the software you will be using goes down as low as the outdoors, but if won't hurt to try. Luck, Jim
