Temp of T-Bird 1.4 GHz vs. 1.0 GHz?

How much hotter does the 1.4 GHz run than the 1.0 GHz? I am using a Purple Orb right now on my 1.0, and was wondering if I need a better sink for the 1.4... I'm running at about 98º-100º F at idle (about 114º F under load). Should it be sufficient?

it's not too much hotter than the 1G

my 1G AXIA ranges from 41-47C
my 1,4 AYHJA runs around 44-49C all other parts are the same non o/c

overclocked...

1G@1350 45~49C
1,4G@1,6G 45~48C

it's a bit colder when o/c ed don't ask me why this happen i don't know either...
just to answer your Q i swapped the CPU from my 1G with the 1,4
