I think this would be the forum to put it in, so here goes:

I play a game called Aardwolf all the time, and it is fun, but recently I have found a new game, called PokeMUD, where ya can kill pokemon :D

I can play it at school perfectly fine, and I could play it at home for about a minute, then it disconnected me. Now I can't ever connect to it :( I can still play it from school, and it works fine.

I called @Home Tech Support, and he couldn't connect to it either, and doesn't know what I can do.....

My friend at school has @Home, and he can connect to if fine, so it is not @Home itself.....

The Address for it is:

Host: the-sanitarium.com
Port: 9000

What could be the problem?

Whenever I try to connect to it, Telnet either freezes or gives me a Can't Connect error.

What could be wrong? I REALLY wanna be able to play this game from home.....

Thanks for any effort you give!!!!!

Your going to have to use a real telnet program, no DOS prompts. I connected just fine using Secure-CRT

I use "PuTTY" for telnet. Great tool, as I use telnet each day at work.

Ok, I found a modem to use, and I can connect using a Dialup connection. This is wierd.

I am not allowed to use the phone line often, so I am still crippled.....
