Tell us why you hate subway

1) meat is gross...who knows what animal it came from and how long ago it died.
2) Bread gets soggy almost instantly
3) they ask you what you want on it and then put what you dont want on it anyways
4) they claim to be sandwich artists but in reality a blind man with cerebral palsy could make a better sandwich*
5) their only concern is making your snadwich as quickly as possible with the bare minimum ingredients
6) they dont know how to consistantly make there cookies soft and chewy.

i dont have nothing against subways food quality... but how they going to advertise: eat healthy, blah blah...and then charge like $7 for a sandwich! society wants people to combat obesity, but it makes it hard when a sandwich at subway is $7 while you can get a meal and half for the same price at jack in the box. people see it as getting more product for their buck, or paying less, and are going to flock to the fast food joints.

I was at a really nice restuarant once and Jared the subway guy came in to eat. He must not have been on a diet anymore cuz he ate a boatload of pasta then pouned like 20 beers. It was like the fat slob trapped inside his body was fighting to get out. I was practically cheering him on. Everyone clapped when he finnaly loosened his belt.

Typically I like Subway just fine, but the thing that bugs me is, I'll eat there and be hungry within 2-3 hours. It's worse than Chinese food in that respect.

I still eat at Subway sometimes. Quiznos looks unhealthy and is more expensive. I go to Togos the most out of all 3, because I find coupons for it.

I always get the foot long chicken breast on wheat, no cheese, with onions, jalapenos, egg, lettuce, tomato, and spicy mustard. Pure pwnage.

I get the Italian BMT on wheat w/ lettuce, extra olives, mustard, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar. Somehow I don't think that it's part of the Subway Diet.

You say the meat quality is bad... well I know that Jennie-o used to supply the turkey for subway (another company underbid them)

My dad works at a Jennie-o plant in Minnesota, and they have such strict codes on how the meat is processed and cooked that if one thing goes wrong, the whole produce for the day must be labeled as bad.

it may be fine at the factory......how long has it been sitting on shelfs though or worse yet in those little black bins before it gets on a sub?

already said but:
1. Very little meat. And they don't put it on nice like Quizno's does. Subway's meat is just this flat little slice of meat from a stupid piece of wax paper.

2. Their chicken is DISGUSTING. It's obviously chicken by-products that have been process together and formed into the shape resembling a chicken breast. In fact I'm sure it contains an anti foaming agent like McDonald's nuggets. It's like the Rib sandwhich you used to get in school that had the shape of a small rack of ribs, but had the actual "ribs" made out of "pork?".
