Tell me, why does a 14 year old need a baby sitter?

Yeah thats why they call it "statutory rape" not "rape". But I agree its not rape. Somebody somewhere really didnt like that it was happening and they wanted harsher punishments, so they convinced a legislator to make it rape.

The problem is that it was not consensual from a legal standpoint. A 14 year old is not able to give consent and therefore, from a legal standpoint, she had sex with him with out consent. Sex with out consent is rape.

EDIT: I agree with you in principle, but I understand where the law is coming from. Personally I think we are way too strict on our laws concerning sex and consent with it comes to minors.

The article didn't specify. A lot of times the media use the term "sexaul assault" quite loosely especially in regard to the age issue. But if that turns you on, by all means.

Well, I work with adolescents. The ones I deal with (not the norm, but still), there is no way that they really understand the repercussions of some of these decisions. Some of the male adolescents have this attitude that girls are there just for sex and some of the girls believe that as well, 15 and 16 year olds with kids on the way, it's just sad.

I tried this when I was 12, my parents had hired a babysitter, not trusting me to watch my 3 siblings. She was 18 and from up the street. I made a point to show her my dads playboys. Tried my damnedest to get her hot and horny, but no dice. Maybe she didnt realize that I had gone through puberty the year before. I probably would have lasted less than a minute anyway at that age.

Tried again when I was 14 with a different 18 year old from down the street. Got some cuddling and touched a few things through the clothes but she turned out to be a bit of a wack, and even at that age I got the instinctual drive to stay away. I think I got her off at one point but being fully clothed, I got nothin.

I sort of find it odd that a 20yr old would be babysitting. At that age if child care is your job, you find more of a 8hr/day nanny job.

That's just gross. As a babysitter I would've been freaked out if one of the boys I was babysitting for leg humped me.
 
I guess I am much smarter than kids today. If I had a babysitter like that when I was younger I would have wore out all three of her orifices and then kept my fucking mouth shut so my parents would hire her again. Why are kids so fucking stupid these days?
