So if I add one behavior assignment with 5pt max, if they get a 5 that would give them a 5% boost on their overall grade. Moreover, since all the other categories only add up to 95% nobody should be able to get over that, yet I have a student at 97% and a student at 99%.
This is with no behavior assignments. When I add a behavior assignment and give it a max score of 5pts and assign a student 5pts for that behavior assignment...sometimes their grades go up by 1%, sometimes 3% sometimes 5
I'm baffled
Instead of worrying about that poor darling that is sitting on 99%, why not give the assignment to the student sitting on 45% to help him boost his grade. Or better yet, actually do somthing to get all kids over the pass grade.

What you idiots dont seem to realise is that not everyone is book smart. I could not sit still for 8 hours at school, because like all males i have a 15 minute attention span. There was a time when i would read electrical theory for hours and not understand it, my mentor showed me, and i understood in 5 minutes
Your kids would learn the topic if it was hands on or a bit tailored to be relevant to students lives.
but you wont do that, cause your a typical fucking teacher that is more worried about the top three kids, than the bottom three kids.
You are a prick.
