Ok I'll go first since I did witness something that cannot be explained.

My Grandmother is a fully ordained Minister and this happened at her Church years ago.

A gentleman visited the Church that could see out of an eye that wasn't there. He had lost his eye in an accident and all he had in its place was a hole filled with skin....looked nasty! Anyway, he had us tape up his good eye with lots of gauze and what not so that he couldn't see out of it. There is no way he could see out of his good eye when we were done. He then proceded to read anything that was put in front of him, using his "hole". I went up there myself with my local swimming-pool pass he read it word for word.

It was pretty incredible. I've also seen an exorcism, but that was creepy.

What? I told you about my miracle. Maybe you're just jealous that God didn't bless you in a similar way. Hmph.

thats a very real thing i know, to be in that situation. its not for the weak minded heh, but im looking for more of things that challenge the physical laws of nature.

When I was young, me and my family traveled a lot.
At one time we plan to travel through 3 or 4 states (1 of the state is actually affected by the Tsunami disaster now). During the travel from 2nd state to 3rd state we passed an area where you only have forest on each side of the road. These area is seldom traveled by people and also the drive last maybe for about 2 or 3 hours I don't remember it exactly now. The road was pretty bad too.
When my dad was driving, we went througha huge pot hole and it made a pretty loud noise too. My dad stopped to examine and nothing seems wrong so we continue the drive. After the long drives we finally reached an area with human population again and all of a sudden my dad can't move the steering wheel to the left or right (we are turning into a hotel). My dad had to towed the car to the nearest mechanic and it turned out that the part that allow steering wheel to turn car right or left had been damaged (possibly due to the big pothole).

And that means it was a religious experience? Hell, I got knocked into a concrete retaining wall and drove my car home (80 miles) with my steering wheel cocked 45 degrees to the right and the tires thumping due to being flat-spotted. Had some broken trailing arms.

He asked for things that challenge the physical laws of nature :) or something miraculous or watever you want to call it. It doesn't mean it is a religious experience.

Also the drive after we hit the pothole was more than an hour and during that time everything is normal.

When I was younger, everyone was sleeping at our house. Carbon Monoxide was at a very dangerous level and we had no way of finding out. Then all of a sudden the phone rings and it is my Grandmother in the middle of the night and she was like "I'm sorry I don't know why I called I just woke up and I picked up the phone and called you". Woke up my parents and they realized something was wrong and they called 9-1-1.
(What are the chances?)

That's called wear and tear on a damaged item.

Yes I just happened to make it up. You can call shens all you like. I'm not here to prove anything to MrCrusty.

That's your opinion and I respect that but I view it as something miraculous.

rhino, you're an idiot for even posting anything regarding religion in ATOT.

i swear, religion threads are making ATOT no different from P&N.

I vote that P&N should be changed to PN&R NOW!

It's the Internet. You should question everything and all. Your tactics are like an annoying child in elementary school seeking for attention. "Hey everyone remember that time Roger pissed in his pants. yes yes I made a funny".

i had a dream the other night that i was with some black guy, i didnt like him because he was all flashy and owned 3 cars that could all start in his driveway from the same remote control, he showed it to me. i was impressed though at the time. but i was just very uncomfortable around him because he was a trouble maker type street thug. so i am driving him somewhere and i just turn in this place and its his dads house, i didnt know why but i brought him there, he didnt want to really go there but he went in the patio and sat and talked with his dad.
his dad had been a fairly bad father but had repented years ago and had changed his ways, his son ( the guy who i was driving around) still had a lot of hatred towards him, he felt like he was cheated out of lots of things not having a father, and really resented him leaving his mom and all.

so im outside the patio hearing all this and his dad is saying just tell me how you feel really, and the son was telling him, it was like the first time they really connected in a long time. we left and somehow got back to an area i knew well it was his moms house, and she was very beside herself and when he asked whats wrong it was that his father had passed away the night before.
so i have some crazy dreams at least. it was a cool dream even though i had that unsure feeling throughout it like a child does when he is lost in a strange neighborhood.

You want attention, make a thread dedicated to Aimster on off-topic. I've already given you this advice before. Trust me it will be a hit and you will be the king of off-topic. It will be an even bigger hit if you get that Syringer (spider) guy in there.
Go for it :)

I don't need all that attention, unlike you who obviously makes up stories to post in order to get attention. Think about it for a second, then go be quite.

I'll humour you OP.

When I was about 8 or 9 my Mom took us to a local beach for the day. So there I was, out in the water splashing around having fun like a kid in the water. I thought it would be amusing to fake drowning to aggravate my Mom. I wasn't normally a little bastard like that but I guess that day was different. After a couple fakes my Mom stopped getting up, joke over. Well I decided to walk out further, probably about mmm... let's say 150 feet from the shore - I was literally on my tiptoes with just my face above water. I tiptoed right into a good-sized hole and not being able to swim very well yet, I began to drown.

There is a large concrete pier at this beach with a restaurant / snack shop at the end. Often fishermen and locals hung out there and it is the kind of place that's busy on a nice day. Easy save, right? Wrong... I was nowhere close to the pier! There is no WAY someone could have jumped off and swam to where I was drowning to save me. Yet when I started to swallow water and black out, an arm grabbed me and, half-conscious and choking, I was dragged to shore and literally thrown on the beach like a sack of potatoes. The man didn't say anything to my Mom who was in hysterics, he just threw me down on the beach and walked away never to be heard from again. I definitely would have died if no one had got to me.

I'm not a deeply religious man but I could never figure out how that guy got out to me so quick to save my ass from drowning. Perhaps it was just so long ago and the incident stands out so much to me that I've mystified it a bit - but maybe it was my guardian angel?

You asked for a testimony.. there's mine dude... enjoy.

Pretty tenuous to be described as a miracle. Lucky, perhaps.
