Telescoping batons: What kind of injuries can you inflict with them?

I've only seen them being used in movies and whoever gets hit with one seems to be in quite a lot of pain. I'm sure it does hurt being they're made of metal but what type of injury can they really inflict in the right hands?

It also looks cool when they pull it out, flick their wrist and it extends almost 3 feet.

i had one when i was younger. but i got pulled over and the cop took it 🙁 i was very lucky he did not arrest me heh

I would love to get another if legal

So they're illegal?

I soooo do not carry one under the seat of my 4runner, so don't look there 😉.

BTW, I don't know this for fact, but they hurt like hell, trust me, I don't know.

i am not sure. i am sure they are illegal for a 16yr old kid though (wich is what i was when i got caught)

Death, concussion, broken bones, damage to internal organs, bruises, swelling... uh.... there's quite a large 'Continuum of Injury'

They'd probably make a pretty good anal probe. Just pull one out on the wrong guy, and you'll get it shoved up your a$$.
