"Why do you think [interviewing company name] will do better than [competitor company name] in [industry pulled from website]?"

What kind of work atmosphere is established at your company?
What sort of projects might I be taking place in?

bad question:
how many hot girls work there?
Your voice sounds hot...what are you wearing right now?

If they ask if you have any questions... ask some... that ALWAYS looks better.
Ask them what direction they see the company going or something along those lines, and if they enjoy working there.

I think it went well. I had an hour with them over the phone and the people seemed to be great to work for & as co workers.

What kind of work atmosphere is established at your company?

I asked them this question and It was great to get more info from the admin that I will be working under. It sounds like fun working for these people at their college (campuses is spread over 7 towns).
