Telemarketing to cell phones?

Are there any laws about sending advertisement faxes to cellular phones? i get faxes daily from http://www.mortgageservicepros.com for home loans and garbage, and basically wanted to know if i could get money out of this. or if there was steps i could take to do so. thanks in advance.

As far as I know, I thought it was illegal, yet I got them on my old cell number.

How do you cehck faxes on your phone ?

I get faxes on my mobile phone too.

whoever is sending em is gonna get taken to small claims court~

if i dont answer, then it saves the fax to my voicemail and i can forward it to a real machine
