so; I've had the board for like 3 weeks now; but has anyone gotten it and tested it with any cpu's? I figure I'll just wait for intel price cuts and then I'll make my leap.... anyone?

I have a S381ml 1.01. It has 66 70 75 and 83 selectable in the bios, and up to 7.5x. I don't know if it will do 1.65v. There may be more choices activated somewhere, maybe bios revision, I don't know.

in the end who ordered the board and got the damned thing to work with coppermine chips at 100MHz fsb without or without neo adapter?
Did anybody try o/c ing a celII on this board?

Yes, I have used the tekram store alot for consumer class computers. I got a case of these in June, they are reliable. (Until today) I kept one for my 466, never considering o/c potential (which I discovered it has, thanks to this thread), or cumine support. What concerns me is the auto voltage selection. Since the site says no cumine support, maybe the mobo does not go that low? I might try tomorrow. Probably won't kill a cumine to run at 2.0 for a minute...anyone disagree?

Oh, and I will toss this into the pot, just because I am annoyed about it. I was running 2 sticks of crucial in this system, and when I jacked up the fsb, it wouldn't pass memory test, and would not go into windows until I removed one. I tried both individually, and one is now fried. This is b/s, and I have been screwing with overclocking for years, and...this is a first. I don't know it is related, but...my 466 is a 466 again needless to say, with half the ram it had. :(

its vrm 8.4 which is the fcpga vrm header version. the old s370 was 8.3 or 8.2. so all fcpga's should work in this board. the neo adapter is required to get new fcpga, vrm 8.4 processors to work in the older ppga vrm 8.3 boards.
