2) she may have not known she had herpes (has that even been verified)....regardless unless Chris Brown asked to have her test herself and privvy to the results, he should have protected himself.

has nothing to do with how I think, if you look at how dudes who beat their wifes/girlfriends are treated. It's much differently and much worse than dudes who committed other violent acts.
