Teh BBQ

hmmm a long time. usually about 2 hours or more to smoke them at 135-200. I would steam/boil them first then finish on a low heat/smokey grill. About 30-60 mintued on teh cahrcoal with some wood chips at 200-250 degrees after its been booiled for about 15-25 minutes. Indirect heat of course.
