'teh' and other anomalies

How did 'teh' come to mean 'the'? I type 'teh' all the time because I type too fast, so are we just leaving that way because it is understood?

Also, where did sux0r or fsck or fuxored etc come from?

Some day these words may find their way into the modern dictionary as slang so just curious.
 
alot of them came into existance through word screenings, and I know that if I ever use teh it's due to typos.
 
If the matrix programmers are listening, please kill anyone that uses teh or any leet speak after this post.
