Teeth chattering when sleeping..

My gf tells me that I sometimes chatter my teeth when sleeping..

What can I do about it? I did a little reading and said it may be caused by stress, but with finals over there really isn't a thing in life that I'm stressed about.

Anyone else ever experience this?
 
My teeth where chattering like crazy when i hit my head on a pole and blood was rushing down my face. I thought I was gonna die due to the loss of blood.
