As long as your Cancasian you're fine, I see SUV's with blaring music and tinted windows all the time around here and the rednecks leave them alone. I notice 2 things attribute to this:

1, occupants are white
2. big ass Stars & Straps decal on the real window.

If you're black, it doesn't even take an SUV with loud music and tinted windows to get you harassed or possibility murdered in some neighborhoods. You could get killed in a Toyota Camry.

Sorry this is Texas not Alabama.. we do not fly the confederate flag down here..

and the class boundaries are much clearer down here..
The black and Hispanics stay in their bad/rundown parts of town.
If you were to see a bunch of minority people in your area like that they are going to stick out like a sore thumb.
And are for sure out of place. and they only reason they usually come into those neighborhoods is to scope for cars and houses to burgle.

If you're walking/peering between houses (in my neighborhood, at least) you will likely be confronted. If you threaten that person's life you will likely get shot and killed.



All of these other details are really pointless. Skittles, rap music, tinted windows... None of that matters. Don't want to get shot? Don't threaten another person's life. It's really very simple.

Just like its extremely unlikely for a loving husband or wife to snap and kill his/her spouse and/or all their kids? You know..cause its happened quite a bit in the past few years.

Or just like its extremely unlikely for a seemingly happy person and/or successful person to commit suicide or take someone out with them before they commit suicide?

Or just like its extremely unlikely for a "regular" person to get into drugs and petty crimes to support their habit.

I could go on.

Define "regular"...I need to hear from you what a "regular" person is.


I think its you who is wearing the blinders. Success and occupation does not exclude one from doing something terrible to someone else. Why are those even factors, are you saying on a specific type of person would do something like this?

Yeah one got shot, but I'm sure in your mind Dunn's a pillar of the community huh? Last time I checked murder > thivery on the scale of what's worse. And at the moment Dunn is in jail for murder. Murder trumps probation every time.

Dunn was charged with DUI back in 2003. So, he has a history of driving while intoxicated. That day could have been another as witnesses at the wedding have said they saw him drinking.

Of course SA, Spidey and others, don't consider the testimony of the victims and other witnesses as evidence. Evidence that has Dunn charged with at least second degree murder and request for bail denied. Oh, and no weapon found with the vehicle impounded that night at the scene of the crime. Let's ignore all of that evidence.

Dunn's attorney Monday said her client acted responsibly and in self-defense. She did not elaborate.
Dunn's girlfriend and the driver of Jordan's vehicle were in Gate Food Post, 8251 Southside Blvd., when the shooting happened. Dunn and his girlfriend took off afterward, and witnesses jotted down their tag number, deputies said.

If the SUV left the scene and they were guilty, why would they come back to the scene of the crime?

And yes, Dunn is not lying but these teens and the other witness's present are lying. One group came back to the scene of the crime and gave their evidence of what happened. Another group went to a hotel, spent the night and then fled the county the next day without ever contacting the police.
