I'm a firm supporter of killing yourself when you don't take anyone with you. Shoot yourself in the head all you want, fly off a motorcycle at 100mph, do whatever you need to do... just leave the rest of us out of it.

Yes, I remember unlocking the suicide cheat on Doom 3, and using it as a way to get away from it all when the game got too hard to handle anymore.
