man i remeber I would purposely pretend to fall asleep in class because the girl behind me was wearing a skirt and her legs usually part.

pretty much shorts short, tank tops, 2 piece sets.. everyone is already rdy to hit the beach!
if not, the ever so popular "BRAZILIAN PANTS" basically its so tight, she basically naked.. you can tell which girls are shaved, trimmed or natural. UGH!!!

puerto ricans, brazilians, argentians, Cubans... DOMINICANA!!!!!!!!! ugh!!!

*sigh* When I went to high school women were dressing conservatively, loose fitting jeans and tshirts usually.
No short skirts, skin tight jeans, or baby dolls. The school had no dress code so women could wear that if they wanted, but none did.
Personally conservative dress is a trend I would have expected to continue. I'm rather suprised that parents aren't stopping this kind of slutty dressing and that kids are willingly wearing this kind of clothing.
 
Is your friend swinging for the other team? If I were in his shoes I would just stare and not complain about it. I feel that this will probably be the only time he'll come close to seeing a girl's private in real life. hehe Enjoy it while it lasted.

Seems more story than anything else.

When I was in HS, I am 34 from Ft. Lauderdale...that may have been the dress code. Talking to parents today, you can't even wear Dickies since they are gang related.

I never saw short shorts allowed in any school other than college in the last 20 years.

Are you say 2 piece sets, as in bikinis in HS?

You sound like a guy with a steady GF throughout HS and are now looking back and projecting that all the girls were hot and ready for you.

At your first HS reunion, try not to mention all the chicks you know would have done you if you didn't have a steady girl...been there, witnessed the 'going down in flames' aftermath of one idiot.
