I get that things like this happen, but I'm kind of suprised at it being Delaware. They got into a fight in the bathroom and she hit her head on the sink.

Students at the school told Action News reporter Chad Pradelli that the fight was over a boy, and that the girl was fighting with another girl in a bathroom when she was jumped.

Liberals say that murderers should get out of jail after some period of time when they say they regret their actions. And that punishment for punishments sake is bad. So if these kids regret their actions. Lets not bother wasting money on jail and just go straight to letting them go free. (reference the parole thread)
