What a desperate move. An ill considered one at that.
Horrible
It is not a desperation so much as a payback. Cruz now knows he has lost the primary and tries to give back whatever he owed Fiorina while he can. Wasn't there a gossip about a large sum of money exchanging between Cruz campaign and Fiorina campaign? She has been campaigning for him for quite a while, too. I am not implying that a position is bought and paid for - just pointing out that the two seem close 🙂$) and help each other out when possible..
Too late. It was the most bas shit insane election in history months ago. They're just running up the record so that it stands for a long time, though, 2020 should be pretty entertaining as well, since most of the Republicans who ran this time won't have aged out.Man I feel like I'm bearing witness to the most bat shit insane election in history.
Is this something a real person actually thinks? Wow, I like this person based on the state they were born in??“Born in Texas,” he added, grinning, “the very first thing I liked about her.”
As CEO of Hewlett-Packard, Carly Fiorina laid off 18,000 workers. When reflecting on her tenure, she admitted she wished she had "done them all faster."

...under fire for his past support of the controversial H-1B visa program.
Cruz has backed quintupling the number of visas in the program, which encourages legal immigration for highly skilled foreign workers.

I can't think of a worse person for him to choose as his running mate. It's pretty much doubling down on the things that make him a terrible candidate.
It's pretty much a done deal at this point, but I'm still holding out hope for the one sane guy left, Kasich. If there's a brokered convention and Kasich gets the nomination, he'd trounce Hillary. The Donald looks to have it sown up though.
Wonder if Donald also announced he too was picking Fiorita, if she would jump the Cruz ship and jump on the Trump 727?
Trump/Fiorina 2016
The Ugly Side Of Politics 😉
Or
Cruz/Fiorina 2016
Because In Math, Two Negatives Equal A Positive 😉

John Boehner is not a big fan of Ted Cruz.
So much so, in fact, that the former Republican House Speaker told an audience at Stanford University Wednesday that the Texas senator is “Lucifer in the flesh” and a “miserable son of a bitch.”
Asked about the 2016 presidential candidate at a forum hosted by Stanford in Government (SIG) and the Stanford Speakers Bureau, Boehner drew laughter for making a face of disgust, according to the Stanford Daily.
“Lucifer in the flesh,” Boehner said, according to the paper. “I have Democrat friends and Republican friends. I get along with almost everyone, but I have never worked with a more miserable son of a bitch in my life.”
