Why is he so creepy. Even videos of him with his family there is this very uncomfortable vibe, very creepy like something out of a movie.

This video is quite interesting, you can see his daughters just do not want to be in the room with him. Even the parts with other members just seem so uncomfortable.

Also maybe his birth certificate is faked (fake date) and he is the Zodiac killer?

I'm surprised those unedited outtakes were left online. If you're going to make a propaganda video to show the world what a family man you are, probably best not to have the cameraman tell you to hug your mom again for a re-take.
 
Cruz' vibe still isn't as dark as W's is. Bush always had the stench of the crypt about him. Cruz is more like a re-animated corpse trying to remember how to behave like the living.
