It seems like a lot of work was put into the article, but sometimes petty stuffs does get under your skin.
I once earned several infractions and banned, because I said the Israeli extreamist Jews are Zionists, and the (extreamist) mod at that time banned me with out warning. That mod logged into my account to deleted & modified his comments (that I quote) & PMs to me. I was given infractions and banned for questioning why he logged into my account to delete/modify his comments and why he deleted the PMs that he sent to me. Another mod later banned me, because I chose to ignored their request (it is more like a demand, because I was banned for non compliance to the "request") to join them and to explain myself, and claiming that I called out the mod who wrongfuly banned me. At the time I didn't feel like I need to explain myself over the petty incident, but it did get under my skin for their immature and unprofessional handling of the situation.
IMHO, we are all humand and we all make mistakes, but if we can't handle the job, then we should find another occupation. In this case shoudn't be a mod or post if they can't handle opinions and ideas that conflict with their personal bias.
