A coversheet is great but is not required. Just increases your chances of looking more professional and serious about the job inquiry.

As for relocation for this set of jobs, yes. We are desperately in need of filling theseb positions to help accomodate our new growth of business.

Also, if your responses have dwindled down here in Off Topic, you should ask Anandtech Moderator to move your thread over to Software, Apps & Games and have it restickied for awhile. Some of those guys don't wander into this topic.
