Hi

We (a group of University of California Riverside students) are doing a technological survey to understand the uses and the needs of technology in Riverside, CA (USA) versus the rest of the world (other places in the US and/or in the world).

This is a research survey that you can access here :
http://www.riverside-survey.info/

It will take you about 3 minutes to fill it and it will really help us to understand and analyse the level of technology people have.

Thanks in advance for your help :)

Regards
Nico (UCR Student)

You ask us to rate the bottom half questions from 1-10 and it only allows distinct answers, but there are more than 10 questions. You should make it clear that not every item will need a rating ("please choose 10 technologies" isn't clear enough to me when I see option boxes for all of them). Having a column for N/A would help. I went through each one and it was taking away previous answers - wasted time.

Same, also if you're adding support other countries you should specify other currencies or at least list the wage brackets as US$.

Thank you for all thoses who have answered.

In fact, the "team" of UCR students who has prepared the survey has a lot of french students (this is a MBA class with a lot of international students from Taiwan, China, Philipines, France, Poland, Argentina, ... and US !) who were really amazed seeing that what they considered basic technologies (smart cards as a digital wallet, video-mobile phone ...) are seen as VERY futuristic by people here in Riverside, CA.

Why "France" alone : We have a lot of respondent who are from France because this is a "viral" survey (sent from friends to friends) and as french people got french friends, the network of french respondents is wide ... (and we do not want to give too much room to France in the final results).
