I need to have two win 7 upgrades, but could use five total. The two are going to cost me $150, I don't mind spending another $100 to get the other three I need, but I want to be 100% sure that I get to keep the keys if I let the technet expire...

SO, does anyone know what the deal is? can I keep all the keys ? same deal with MS office? Project? etc?

My technet expired back in March and I still have access to any keys that I requested before it expired. They work forever AFAIK.

If your goal is to have legit licenses with no strings attached, TechNet isn't the right tool for the job. Remember, TechNet licenses are only valid for a single user (you) and only for evaluation purposes.
