Tech support in SE michigan?

Hey guys,
any referrals for tech support in SE MI? My parents Sun Ultra box f'd up - not sure what happened, but it's not finding the OS on the drive and I can't do much remotely.

Canton. Don't want geeksquad or anything like that, ridiculous prices and very little skill.

And yes sun ultra 20 with windows 7 on ssd. Supposedly it hung up and it's not finding anything bootable on the drive after a reboot. There's full backup on the second drive also.

does the 80 go towards the repair? if so thats reasonable, we charge 90 for diag with it going towards the repair/parts if the cust is going to fix it at our shop

Don't think so - it was 80 to diagnose and then hourly to do the work.
