Actually wrong. The product works but, it is not working on his system because a know third party software is installed that will break it, which the third party company has acknowledge that they know about it and will fix it, but he blames us.

How did I know that you'd say that?
Oh, I know...
Tech Support rule #1
Never, ever take responsibility when you can blame it on someone else.
I'm sure that when the customer bought said product he was forewarned that it wouldn't operate with third party whatever, eh? Oh, I see, you guys didn't know about it until after he bought it.
You're right, the customer is clearly an idiot and has all the time in the world to waste. He's completely unimportant and his purchase has nothing at all to do with putting food in the mouths of the companies' employees.

Yes blame it on someone else because obviously you hate tech support. the product that breaks our software is technically used to hack our software to do things that you are not suppose to do, so really he is messing himself. Its like hacking your Itune software and breaking it. Why should we tell you about it if you the customer know you are using it for illegal things.

He bought the product assuming it should work because he read it about it on other websites.

Here is a Tip don't assume anything ask first.

I like tech support. I dislike bad tech support. I like to be treated the way I deserve to be treated, and I treat other people the same way (unless they are on aol, of course).

"Why should we tell you about it if you the customer know you are using it for illegal things"?
Because ink is cheap, and it's the right thing to do.
It also keeps this exact situation from arising, keeps people from getting pissed off, creates a good customer/company relationship, fosters goodwill, creates happy customers, stimulates word-of-mouth sales, and so on.

No way, we helped him completely, finally when we realized what the real problem was, after he finally admited what he was trying to do we told him that it would not work, and he got pissed and blah blah blah.

He was referring to your lame original post that included no relevant information whatsoever.

Still not finding the funny, no matter how much I press refresh.
