Tech support Call

A friggin hour!? Oh man, I remember those calls. I remember management briefly requiring one-call-resolution. That was MURDER with the moron types that usually call. 🙁 Management felt the hit of their stupidity REALLY fast. 😀 I feel for ya man!

Nah something happen it was doing good and then all sudden started to slow down like a windows update or something

Ugh, I'm about to start a new technical support job on Monday. I swore I would NEVER go back to tech support because I HATE sitting on the phone with people for hours on end trying to solve problems. But, when you're broke and need a job, you take what you can get. I'm already looking for ways out though.

Nothings worse than getting a call at 4:54 when you get off at 5:00pm. And from the first minute of the call, you can tell it's going to be awhile. God I hate that. Maybe I should find a new job before i even show up to this one.

worse is actually when its 6:30 and its the end of the day but the phone system and the time to go home time is off and you're read to go and got your jacket on and the queue light comes on.

in the end i finall got off the call at 6:48pm, thats a 1:48 minute phone call.

I had one last night that rang at 8:58 (close at 9) so I had to pick it up. The customer just wouldn't do what I said, finally after 35 minutes I had her email a screen shot of the picture and said that I would research it from there. She was really frustrated so I told her that we closed at 9 but that I would wait and answer it then if she would send it now. I waited 20 more minutes no email, went home, checked the box this morning she sent it at 10:45, over an hour later, THANKS FOR BEING CONSIDERATE AND NOT KEEPING ME AN HOUR LATE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT AFTER A 12 HOUR DAY!!
