Tech support animation

I work for T-Mobile and we do some outsourcing for our customer care. To be honest, "Mike" and "Bob" do get the job done....I haven't had a problem with them yet as far as getting something done.
 
hahahaha not bad but i haven't had a useless conversation with tech support yet (knock on wood).
