Tech specific resume?

On a whim, I stopped into a local computer shop today and asked if they were hiring. They were, but the owner wanted a resume. I haven't actually had a real resume in years and I've never actually applied for a tech specific job before.

I'm wondering what I should put into this resume? I've built three machines for myself, a few for friends and do the usual networking setup and OS reinstallations for people. I don't have any certifications but I'm confident in my abilities to handle most situations.

What do you guys think?

what OS's have you worked with
specific software you have worked with (norton ghost, etc.)
also if it's retail they want some one who does will with people
have you set up small servers for email or file sharing
how well can you trouble shoot a PC problem?

Goolge "technical resume", it's a popular format that gets to the point. Highlights your skills first, then experience.
