I bought an XBox 360 controller for my PC, because certain games actually play better with a controller. Of course sometimes this is simply because games are lazy console ports, and the control scheme isn't tweaked to work better with kb+mouse (e.g. Witcher 3 before they implemented the "alternative" control scheme). Me giving in and buying a controller to play those games kind of justifies those lazy ports.

My Thrustmaster wheel that I use for ETS2 (and ATS when it comes out) has a big ugly Playstation logo on it, which also makes me feel like a dirty console peasant even though I'm a member of the PC master race.

This seems silly. I try about 5-6 cheap cases on smartphones and end up hating all of them. Figured out that I like Slickwraps and D-Brand type skins and called that a day.

Around 2009-ish I built an HTPC. Used it about three times.

Spent 2400$ on a Sony laptop in 2002. It only worked for a year or two. In hindsight, I think I could have gotten one half that price.

I don't really impulse buy so I don't regret anything else.

Oculus Rift $680 and the dang thing has yet to ship and I will need to drop about a grand into my home system so it will run nice and smooth.

Bought an HP laptop (Envy 17T) from Costco that I don't really need. There is something that I can use it for but I'm sort of embarrassed to use it because the thing is so f***ing huge.

About 6 years ago spent $300 on a laptop at Fry's I didn't need that's still unopened.

Someone I know got a 17" Samsung in the past year or two. It's pretty thin... but the size of a legal clipboard, maybe bigger. Si hueg. I have a 14" laptop and think it's too big/heavy to be portable. And it's too small for regular usage:(.

And I just found out that if I were sell my Canon SX50, I'd get less than 20% of what I paid for it... FML. Think I'll try to Craigslist it for $150, try not to get murdered.
