Pretty much whatever. Shorts, khakis, collared shrts, T-Shirts. . .everything pretty much seems fair game, except for open toed sandles. I guess they dont want someone losing a toe by dropping a desktop / server on a foot.

I walked into one of my co-workers' offices yesterday to find him sitting at his desk in nothing but a pair of (high) shorts. That tell you enough about our dress code?

Gay porn company eh? That's coo.

I find it interesting that at my company there's a dress code for the tech guys, and there's a dress code for everyone else.... Business casual for most people, and casual for the tech guys, at least from my observations. You always know who the tech guys are cause they are wearing jeans and a T-shirt.

cuz we have to get down n diiirty to fix those dusty PCs and move rack equipment.

I work for a pretty big tech company in a nice corporate park, everyone comes in suit and ties, we rock jeans and t-shirts (at best) most days ill rock sweatpants if i want to be comfy.

I usually wear jeans, a button down shirt or sweater (depending on the weather), and sneakers or doc martens.

our official dress code for all departments is no shorts, no sweat pants, no track pants, and no open-toed shoes or sandals (except those who have to interface directly in-person with clients, in which case the minimum dress is khakis and a nice button down shirt or a polo with the company logo).
