I've always liked this song and the video always intrigued me. Is it just a bunch of mindless clips or is there some deeper meaning to the visual part of the video.

A glider and a cesana (that caught my eye)
Two man dancing
ATVs in the desert.
Driving a british sports car
A phone call at a phone booth

or did I do too many drugs in the seventies

Man I always thought that was Roland doing the lead singing. Had no idea Curt's voice was that good.

The plane obviously represents turning your back on Mother Nature.

Back then there weren't cell phones, but you can tell by the look in his eyes that it was a call to his broker to buy more Apple stock.

Those ATV, dirt bike riders, little kid and 2 dudes overheating as they danced in the desert clearly wanted to grow up to rule the world.

It's funny TfF have said they hated all their old work and feel like none of it made any sense.

Yea I had forgotten that they wrote Mad World. I love the version in Donnie Darko, forgot who performed it.
