Team queues over proxy

I run a proxy server for my brother to get on the internet from.....HTTP/Socks/etc.......how can i setup his seti driver to connect to one of the public queues since berkley never connects for me....i run from federation.2y.net:443.......but normally he's use my computer as the proxy, how to i go through me to the server on his seti? thanks

You'll have to set up a port redirect on your proxy server so that all incoming connections to port 443 are sent to federation.2y.net:443

Once that's done, you point setidriver to the proxy server, on port 443. How to set up the redirect depends on the proxy software you're running.
