I've already got an 8.86 on this protein. My best fold with the last algorithm was a 9.68. Looks like this new algorithm is a winner! 🙂
 
Thanks guys. It has fell down to about 14th overall but this is still amazing how much more effecient the new algorithm is. It's great for the TeAm and for the project. This is a cudos for the whole TeAm not just me. Remember there is no I in TeAm. GO TeAm DF!!!!
