We have added a few more Queues 😀 , but we also have a few not responding. 🙁
It looks like a lot of WU's got uploaded last night. Orange Kid emptied at least half of what he was holding
but was not able to refill as high as he was. (Still Stocked though! 😉 )

Traffic eased a bit Wednesday let's hope it gets easier still! 🙂

i was down yesterday installing WinXP on my server, and when i tried to put SetiQ back on yesterday night, it wouldn't let me use port 5001 🙁

I'm considering moving my queue to port 80, to give one that is friendly to company firewalls, as port 80 is probably never blocked🙂

At the moment it's on default port (5517) but i'll change the port to 80 when i get home 🙂

ConfusedBW, do you have XP's software firewall activated? That would block port 5517.

Start>Settings>ControlPanel>NetworkConnections>"Your connection">Properties>Advanced

Uncheck the firewall box, or if you want to use it, click on Settings, and add an entry for TCP port 5517.


My Queue is open on port 80 as well, but I haven't found that to help with company firewalls.

The ones not responding should be taken off our list
unless we hear from the owners, like in CBW's case..

One of the responsibilities of being listed as a team queue
is that you can resolve problems withinin a reasonable amount
of time. It was alluded to before by SSteve, but the point here
is to build up reliable alternatives so we can even point remote
assimilations to these queues with confidence.

I appreciate the great members here offering up their personal
queues.. Our coverage even beats Sprint's(tm) service area.. 😀 😀
 
I know that EvilWobbles is testing his via another thread and I *think* I saw something from Confused about doing some work on his???

I'll give them some time and maybe PM Jay about his later on... Anyone willing to help troubleshoot for these guys, please feel free!!! 🙂

Well it looks like things backed up a little as Orange Kid's Queue filled up a bit.
