Is OK's proxy not uploading because it has to dowload tons of WUs first?

There's an option in Setiqueue to do that. Could be that he's trying to get WUs in to distribute to new queue users.

Nevermind, I just saw that he has Processing Priority set to Download WorkUnits.

The Fed Queue just flushed 300 WU's in about 10 minutes
