Team AnandTech SETI Public Queues (please bump)

Micron had posted this in another thread and others have in other assorted threads in the past. Since the Berkeley network situation seems to be getting worse and alot of our new teamates are understandably getting frustrated, I think it's time that a dedicated thread be bumped along for all those who have had troubles connecting to the TeAm queues. If anyone else has a queue out there, please post in this thread and I'll update the list!

The aim is to not overload 1 or 2 queues to the point where they'll never be able to upload all the results and download new ones within a 24 hour period. I and others can try to monitor the situation and update the TeAm queue statuses.

Now let's get out there and CRUNCH THOSE WUs!!! MORE MORE MORE!!!! 😛

Here's a list of other TeAm Proxies:

htmlmasterdave - last I heard, he had 1700+ WUs waiting to be uploaded! 🙁

They are going, but very slowly.

Is there any possibility of the 1,700+ WUs being uploaded tonight? I don't think it uploaded many last night, at least not any of mine.

But then OK's queue gets constipated! Pure and simple. 🙁

(ahh... just like the pproxies... 😛)

[EDIT: Micron - I doubt it... 🙁]

I'm going to hold my queue until OK gets unplugged 😉. I have remote machines that I can't stop from flushing though 🙁.

I had 3 to upload to berkeley from OK's queue last night 🙁 I am now holding all completed WU's until he gets a few cleared out. No sense adding fuel to the fire.
However, its not OK's fault, he cant get a good connection with berkeley. 🙁

Asked before, will ask again -- can owners please specify US EAST COAST /
WEST COAST / UK / ect.. for these Q's? Maybe even summarize once more the speeds? Would help us decide where to point..

thanks --RT

Mine is connected up and has been able to flush *most* every Wu over the past few days. Had some "issues" uploading yesterday but all seems well.

Agreed. Can we get this information, please?

Good idea. I'll edit as they come in... I may disappear when bedtime comes around though, but i'll be back to update... 😛 (I sortof know a couple).

My home PC just got a handful of WUs to/from seti.tacube.com:5517, which seems to be working for me tonight (Feb 1). My work PCs got at least a couple WUs from Berkeley overnight.

Good idea, RigorousT, re: proxy geography.

That sure is a lot 😉

If only they were all mine! 😀😉

I seem to get through to Berkeley in the morning between 5 and 10 am EST, but I am only a small producer 7-10 WU's a day.
So I think the litlle guys like Me should not use the TeAm's Queues, just bump up our caches and we should be fine. I adjusted the cache on my rigs as
follows, My Atlon XP -100, Atlon 800-50, and the 2 punies at work to 20.

This way the big producers can have more leaway with the proxy's. 😀

Wouldn't this be a good idea to help the uploads and downloads a bit?

Oh...The Federation is on cable...

Peak of 3 Mbits down.....1.1Mbits (not completely capped 😛) up! 🙂
