Teacher wants to trade calculators

I personally think HPs are better, but since TI dominated the education market, I don't really have a choice.

for a lot of EE/physics/calculus courses a ti-89 is not allowed because of the integrals and stuff you can do with it.

rpn is so much better and faster... its crazy the number of ( and ) you have to use with the "regular style".

Go for the 89. It will be more useful in college.

I wish we were allowed to use calculators in college.
