School district officials started investigating Leiseth on May 30, after another teacher overheard some students talking about obscene photos another male student had received.

Also, an unidentified person called police and reported that a female teacher was sending lewd pictures to male students.

Seems a bit shaky in that classes were over but the graduation ceremony had not been conducted placing them still as "students". What if they skipped the ceremony, do they maintain the "no sex student" ranking in perpetuity.

Illegal, nope. But not smart either. Not upset she lost her job but no way should there be any legal recourse past that.

Not really sure if losing her job is warranted either. Change the ages around a bit, 17 and 360-something days old with a 22 year old. Statutory rape? Technically it is in many states, but worth prosecuting? No way.

The couple of days difference between wrong and right is just too close to act on, imo.

It's one thing if she goes out to club on a Friday night and brings home a different guy every weekend. It's something different if you are trolling for cock almost 10 years younger than you at the school you work at. It's just stupid and unnecessary.

These women have some kind of issues that has yet to get a name. She's a decent looking young woman. She could get laid any night of the week from any guy aged 19 and up.
 
Teacher looks okay, I'd probably have smashed. Man each time I hear this crap it just makes me sad I never got to bang any of my teachers. Although there was only like... 2 decent looking ones. Sigh...

I think all of this awkwardness around teacher/student sex needs to go away, and this dynamic turned into an elective class where one can sign up in advance, get credits for in the process, and have a better chance of getting into a good college once successfully completed.
