I'm more wondering where you were coming from with the "slut shaming" you called typical for these incidents. At any rate, at least as many people commented on her large forehead as her weight, what kind of shaming would you call that? Head shaming? Is that better or worse than fat shaming?

Actually I am not good at the PC thing. I think the term is body shaming which would include the head.
