Teacher accidentally fires gun and injures student during safety lesson

Err can the mods put a T in front of the thread title.. for some reason it didn't copy paste that.

That’s going to be the price of arming teachers. Accidental discharges eventually resulting in injury and death. Luckily it will easily be dismissed by ammosexuals as accidents only happen to the careless which they will never be.
Not the first. A teacher in Utah (where teachers can carry) managed to shoot herself and a toilet while going to the bathroom.

There's also a few cases of teachers guns going missing at schools where they were carrying them.

This is obviously fake news as giving teachers guns makes students MORE safe not less.

Everybody knows this.

If the NRA had anything to do with it, there would be mandatory gun safety classes (including the much more lengthy and propagandized 2A pitch and the call for arming all citizens of all ages, bad guys excluded of course) starting from kindergarten on up. What harm could be done with a class full of young'uns accessorising their school wear with the latest side arm kid kraze that Smith and Wesson marketing could come up with? Surely with gun safety classes being mandatory nothing bad could ever happen right? I mean, every student with a gun is a good guy right up until they're having a really bad hair day or they got royally reamed for not taking out the garbage or the girlfriend/boyfriend they thought they owned "got seen" with the handsomest/prettiest person on campus which is of course excusable in the mind of a child right?

Infect them while they're young and impressionable and they're going to be lifelong gun buyers for sure. To hell with the occasional gun accident or mass killings in schools because there's a much higher priority for sustaining the nation's gun manufacturing businesses that reap profits from scaring folks into believing that their "right to bear arms" is under constant threat by the gun hating "liberal elite".

You had to go back three and a half years to find that huh? Thousands of teachers carry guns every day in their schools without incident. I know that doesn't sit well with the gun grabbing, fascist c0cksucker crowd but you'll have to get over it.

Citation needed for your claim that thousands of teachers carry guns every day in their schools.

So triggered! Maybe you should load some magazines to soothe your mind.

Yeah it was one off the top of my head. Wanna go look at how many accidental discharges have occurred in schools period? Including LEOs? They happen frequently. And adding more guns will increase the risk of more accidental discharges.

So how many accidental discharges are acceptable during what specific time frame? How many guns being taken from teachers etc... is an acceptable amount?

LOL!

No, that's not funny at all.

I am all for getting rid of all these "Gun Free" zones. They don't work and the first thing those in a "gun free" zone does when things go from bad, to worse, to shit is to call those that have guns.

I would say that teacher ought not to be one that carries in a school.

I would like to see that those who work in schools, not just the teachers be allowed to carry concealed. No one has to carry but the fact that they could be might just be sufficient to deter most shooters.
