Got the bare drive, and it shows up in properties as 512EB. Burnproof, right?

EB means you have burn-proof.

This one is the EB, and if it wasn't you could just flash the thing to make it burnproof.

i ordered this drive from esbuy.com two weeks ago, received an order confirmation and all but they didn't ship it. i've tried to contact them several times and have only received one "we will investigate this" response. basically you get what you pay for. i'm going to cancel that order and try it again... we'll see. the drive is burn-proof, and $10 for registered nero isn't bad either. a great deal all in all... if only they'd ship it to me.
