Yeah, I can't believe the GOP would run such a candidate. Democrats would never have a candidate who was busy frolicking with hookers in that position. Oh, wait.....

Hey, at least the guy had good tastes in hookers. :awe:

Did I miss something? $3 million for 25 jobs is $120,000 per job*year. Sounds reasonable to me.

Furthermore, TFA states:

Jobs created by tenants?? WTF? So if I pay a mechanic to fix my car, that's somehow my landlord creating jobs? No, it's not even indirect job creation, it's completely unrelated. I'm guessing "TFA" stands for "total fucking assholes"

You know, stores and shops and such have to rent their space too. Tenant doesn't just refer to residences, it also refers to commercial leases. So if this guy leased office space to some company which then hired more employees, they would not be counted by the original tax break deal.

TFA="the fucking article", as in RTFA.

exactly. this is why i am a very firm believer in a flat tax. get rid of all the tax brakes, loopholes, gray areas... everybody pays their fair share period.

Even better, the FairTax!

I'm already on record as saying I see not one reason to vote Paladino over Cuomo, but I have to say, $120,000 per job is pretty darned good given the current rate. Also, selling something to yourself to get a tax break sounds to me like something that would be illegal.
