i don't drink tea for the health benefit. i drink tea cause i like it and i like it with milk. also, that "study" is irrelevent. 16 woman? do it on a couple hundred people of both gender and then and only then will i accept the finding.

Make that multiple studies that involve several thousand people randomly selected from different demographics, and I will begin to accept this as a possibility. :p

This study isn't very convincing, but still, I drink my tea plain. Iced, hot, green, herbal, black, oolong, white, whatever. Sugar/honey/milk often ruins the flavor (loose leaf tea is the totally the best, btw). Lemon is good in a normal black iced tea.

Chai is the only tea that I drink with milk and sweetener, Chai lattes FTW

Avoid green tea, that stuff taste like crap.

Don't knock green tea. I used to think it tasted bad, too, but I got used to it and like it now. White tea is pretty good, also. Just make sure you're buying a good brand and not some crappy $0.99 store tea.

<- Also have asthma - rarely get attacks now

Tea + milk = MMMMM

Also, tea makes the semen taste good (for the ladies of course!)

Tell any Asian (South Asian - Indian at least) family that adding milk is bad and they'll just laugh at you. People have been drinking tea+milk for centuries and trust me they would know if milk in tea is bad for you.

Silly white people, they are now just finding out that spicy curry is good for you..

Thats not what this study is saying. Its not that the milk in the tea makes it BAD for you, its that the milk negates the benefits of some of the compounds in the tea specifically for heart disease and stroke.
