<< Can someone tell me if these are ty's or ritec? >>

i think it's ritec.

it's a pretty good deal without the rebate stuff. I ordered 10 to save on shipping charges. 🙂

No one can tell you if these are TY's or Ritek's until they actually receive some. TDK's 50 packs of 32x CDR's are made by both. If it says Made in Japan, you got TY. If it's Made in Taiwan, you got Riteks.

Those who ordered: let us know.

Not so I think.... cause the Japanese (TYs) have the black screwtops similar to those found on the FUJIs. The ghetto TDKs have just the normal clear casing with no screw top...

fujifilm cdr made in Japan in FL BB's have a white screw top...

I would avoid like the plaque these TDK's unless they are made in Japan...IMHO the taiwan made are pure crap....do not put anything of value on them...

Yeah what he said. This isn't a bad deal but the one posted about Sears having HP ones for about 9.88 no rebate is better. Those are TY I'm pretty sure.

Well, if they ship the ones in the picture, then you got Ritek. =] If you get ones with the spindle-lock on top, it's Fuji.

First, it appears they're back in stock.

Second, you can't judge anything from the picture. Tiger Direct used the same picture (which I suspect is a general one supplied by TDK), and the discs I received were indeed TY's.

Has anyone here actually ordered these and received them? Let us know.
