Didn't do it on the phone -- did it in person. Just order it online at full price, go in store, show it to customer service, have them put the difference back on your card. done.

Yea, IE is pretty dumb and doesn't shrink the webpage to fit the printed page. I use netscape and it auto shrinks it to fit the page. This is what I printed out and brought in store.

just did it, but the store only do 100% price match, not 110% and also no rebate form was printed. the cashier said either price match or rebate, either or, not both. so YMMV

Hmm...so is it "both" or "either or"? this contradicts what linuxthinker said that you could use the combo and gain $7

You can print out rebate forms on the CC webpage (link on the OP). I was denied the PM on the grounds that the AR price was cheaper than Staples It's not worth the hassle for me to try at a different store.

If you got the 100% pricematch, I would go back online and print out the online rebates and try it. Mine are in the mail.

Tried the pickup and PM at my CC in Champaign, IL but they gave the AR rebate excuse and they only had the CMCs so I decided to just get the Staples ones for $10 which were Riteks. Could have bought the CC disks and return them to staples and get Riteks for CC price but I didn't feel like being that bad.

Also, I've been having lots of problems with some CMCs from a while ago and a TKD 40/12/48B burner. I don't know if it is disks or something with my system but I get some bad burns were they don't work or some parts of the disk is accesable and other parts are not. Any of this sound familirar, and if so could this be caused by bad disks (CMCs)?
