looks like a nice, basic speaker system. got em for my fiancee's computer. they look nice too.

I think when I went on they had some deal where you get three retractable cables for free when your purchase something. Or something to that effect. My total was $54.37, then there's the $20 mail-in rebate to Logitech, so it'll be $34.37 for neat little speakers and some cables

I did something simlar, but with amazon. No tax, free shipping. Got them and they're pretty nice.

For those of you who want something a bit more powerful, check out this hot deal thread on the Logitech z-2200s.

200 watts, THX certified, 2.1 system. Maybe not as cool looking as the z3 system, but definately more powerful. The rebate at Amazon makes the total come up to $62, and it looks like the one from Just Deals is $33 (if it's valid, which I hope it is!).

Got my z3's today. WOW! They look GREAT! It's like a DeLorean with wood panels

They seriously look good. Like all Logitech speakers I've owned, there's a lot of bass. Luckily they have a bass knob on the sub even on this set. Man these look sweet. I don't think I'm going to give these to my fiancee...she can have the z-2200s if I get them lol. They sound good too!

This matches my desktop really well...I have a Logitech MX700 and a black wireless Microsoft ergnomic keyboard. Now all I need is a black monitor...

Actually rebate is directy from logitech.

they are tempting...so the rebates shouldn't have any problems...i've had some bad experience in the past so i just want to make sure.

I bought these from Tigerdirect a week ago, for the $20 AR price. I had no problems at all. Quick shipping. In fact, got a tracking number the day after I put my order through.

Well, forget about Tiger Direct -- just get the set from Buy.com.

$21.99 shipped AR.

Or, add the $10 off $75 coupon and maybe something else like the Viking 256mb Compact Flash for $44.99 to make the coupon work. The Viking CF has a $20 rebate too. My final price came out to $76.98. Subtract the two $20 rebates and it's a mere $36.98 for 256mb of compact flash and a decent set of computer speakers. I'll probably end up selling the memory for $25-35, so the speakers would cost me $12 at most and perhaps even a mere $2.

ya..i ordered on Thursday too and it said it was in stock but has been stuck in "sent to warehouse" for the last 3 days also...

i checked on their website and the product is now listed "On Order" meaning the item is being ordered from a different warehouse and may be technically backordered.

i e-mailed them...hopefully i'll get a response and i'll let you know.

i hate waiting too.
